I'm currently an in-network provider with Optum and Lyra EAP. If you have insurance through a different provider, please check to see if out-of-network coverage is available. If so, I'm happy to provide you with the necessary information so you can file for reimbursement. Please let me know at the time you schedule your appointment if this is the case. If you do not have insurance, please see "Services & Fees" for my private pay rates.
